Cancellation & Refunds: Courses once enrolled can not be cancelled from your side, however, due to any technical error if you don’t get enrolled in a course but have made the payment, contact us for further action. Either you will get a full refund, except the accessing fee for the payment platform or the course will be made accessible to you. Return Policy: As the product is not a physical good rather the virtual one, there is no return possible, only a refund can be requested from your side. Refunds: Duplicate/Multiple payments Refund of the duplicate/multiple payments for the same course made by the customer by mistake will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after intimation by the customer.
